Standard Products
Eligible standard products purchased online may be returned in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original labels or packaging where applicable.

Made-to-Order, Bespoke and Personalised Products
Many Strangely products are made specifically for the customer, produced to selected measurements, customised, personalised or manufactured to an individual specification.
Where permitted by law, bespoke, personalised and genuinely made-to-order products cannot normally be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.
This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with details and, where useful, photographs of the problem.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be made to the original payment method.
Original or return shipping charges are not normally refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
