At Strangely & 430, we offer a more considered way of dressing—built around the individual rather than the rack.
Our bespoke and made-to-order service expands beyond our core collections, opening access to a wider spectrum of fabrics, finishes, & cuts. From structured tailoring to off-balance silhouettes, each piece is developed in dialogue with the wearer—refined, adjusted, & resolved with intent.
All garments are measured & fitted in person at our Portobello studio. This allows for precision across proportion, stance, and movement—ensuring the final piece sits exactly as it should, not just in form, but in attitude.
Clients can choose from an extended range of materials, including Japanese denims, heritage linens, technical blends, & exclusive printed fabrics produced in-house. Details can be pushed or restrained—hardware, fastenings, pocket structures, panel work—each element considered as part of the whole.
Strangely offers a more direct expression—accessible, adaptable, and rooted in everyday wear. 430 moves further—slower, more deliberate, drawing on archive influence & elevated construction.
Lead times vary depending on complexity, typically between 3–6 weeks.
This is not mass production.
This is clothing built properly—on your terms.
Each piece begins with a conversation. Not just about fit—but about context, intention, & what the garment needs to communicate.
